Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING: All orders process within 2-3 business days (longer if a holiday), plus the time it takes to ship to you. To ensure the shipping time is shorter, please select Priority Shipping! Our standard shipping and First Class can take 4-6 days for shipping. If you select Priority shipping and NEED it to be processed sooner than 2-3 business day, please call the store or add it in the notes during checkout, and we can let you know if we are able to do that.

We accept returns within 30 days from purchase (items must be unused and unwashed with original tags) for a FULL refund with a proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we can exchange the item or provide you with in store credit.

We can not accept any returns on items used, washed and without tags.

If the purchased was made 31-60 days ago, and there is not an issue with the product, we can do a refund for the cost minus a 10% restocking fee. If you do not have proof of purchase, we can do store credit.

We do not accept returns for items over 60 days.

We do not pay to have a returned item shipped to us. Unless of course, we made a mistake with your order, then we will cover the return shipping!
