Most diaper rash creams, balms, and ointments can cause bad staining on your cloth diapers, especially those with fleece or a wicking layer. Always be sure you are using a cloth diaper safe ointment, and if you aren't sure, don't use it. We have even come across some ointments that say "cloth diaper safe" that really weren't.
